Botham Jean Foundation to Host Youth Exploring Skills Program
The Botham Jean Foundation is set to host its third annual, Youth Exploring Skills Program, in July. This initiative is done in collaboration with the National Skills Development Foundation (NSDC) and empower youth to emulate his dedication.
According to secretary for the foundation, Desma Charles, the program this year will offer youth from all walks of life, an opportunity to grow into highly employable professionals, through boosting their skillsets. Participants can expect access to a variety of courses, suited to both technically inclined and more traditional students.
“The program aims at building the entrepreneurial and employability skills of young men and women, who will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of technical and modern skills areas.” Charles said.
Applicants can access registration forms from the Ministry of Education’s website at www.education.gov.lc and apply before the June 30th deadline.
