One man has been arrested and charged following a fatal altercation in Micoud on August 5, 2023. The incident involved two men, and the police were alerted around 4:30 pm. The Micoud Police Station received the report and went to the scene, where the Saint Lucia Fire Service was already attending to one of the men, Peter Joseph, aged 74.
