One man is dead and one woman has sustained injuries following a shooting in Garrand, Babonneau over the weekend. The incident occurred on Sunday around 7 pm. According to reports, the deceased has been identified as Chris Volney, a resident of the area. This is the second time, within a year, that Volney has been shot.
