39 St. Lucians will be beneficiaries of the 2023 round of Taiwanese ICDF and MOFA Scholarships. According to a statement issued by the Taiwanese Embassy, the group will have the opportunity to further their education in Taiwan, as the Saint Lucian and Taiwanese governments continue to strengthen ties.
