Telephone Operator at Millennium Heights Medical Complex Erica Franklin died on Sunday after eight days in a coma at the same hospital where she once worked. This incident has raised concerns over the roadworthiness of public transportation and has fueled cries for vehicles to be double checked by the transport division.
